Shield Managements and The Shield Wall and organizers are not paid by or endorsed by Dignity Matters. This charity event is solely at the discretion of Shield Managements and the Shield Wall and organizers.

Donations

All donations are considered voluntary and non-refundable and are bound by the terms of service of Tiltify, Inc. The Shield Wall and Shield Managements do not receive any monetary compensation from this charity event.

Raffle

To participate in the Raffle, a $25.00 individual donation is required to receive ONE (1) raffle ticket entry. Increments of $25.00 can accumulate raffle tickets, e.g: a $100.00 donation is FOUR (4) raffle tickets. Donations under $25.00 are not cumulative to the raffle ticket threshold. There are no limits on how many raffle tickets a Donor may have entered. Raffle tickets are valid for each raffle item. Once a raffle ticket is drawn, it is removed from the drawing. Won items may not be transferred, nor waived, in an attempt to be drawn for a different item. If the raffle Winner is the Artist/Creative offering the raffle Item, they will be passed over and a new winner will be drawn (exception is Creator Shop Bundle). Raffle Winners may win multiple raffle items dependent upon how many tickets they have entered. Anonymous Donors are not eligible for the Raffle. By participating in the Raffle, Donors acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. That they are over the age of 18 years;

2. If a Donor wins a raffle item, they become a “Winner” under these terms and consent to filling out a Redemption Form to redeem their item; in order to receive the redemption form, Donor/Winner must be reachable via Twitch Whisper, Discord Direct Message, or YouTube’s Messaging system. If Organizers are unable to make contact after reasonable attempts, Donor/Winner forfeits the raffle item.

3. Winner will have SEVEN (7) calendar days to complete the Redemption Form. If the Winner fails to complete the Redemption Form within the time limit, they forfeit their item and a new winner will be drawn;

4. If Winner completes the Redemption Form and they are redeeming an item for commission, they will have FOURTEEN (14) calendar days to begin their communications process with the Artist/Creator providing the commission. If the Winner fails to make contact with the Artist/Creator within the time limit, they forfeit their item and a new winner will be drawn;

5. Raffle items provided by Artists/Creators are protected under copyright and such raffle items are for personal use only.

6. Shipping: By participating in the Raffle, Donors/Winners agree not to hold the Artists/Creators providing the Raffle Items, Shield Managements, The Shield Wall, and organizers responsible/liable for any unforeseen shipping or customs costs associated with redeeming the won raffle item. Artist/Creators shall take all reasonable measures to comply with the EU’s GSPR, but shall bear no responsibility for any raffle item being held by customs, returned to sender, or rendered undeliverable. Donors/Winners are responsible for verifying whether or not nail polish is shippable to their country in regards to the Holo Taco Gift Card.

7. Some Raffle items may be print on demand or premade and fulfilled by a third party platform. Donors/Winners agree to hold harmless Artists/Creators providing the Raffle Items, Shield Managements, The Shield Wall, and Organizers for any delays in shipping or fulfillment. For any item not being available at the time of redemption, a reasonable exchange or substitution shall be made at the discretion of the Artist/Creators providing the Raffle Items.
